2009 Senior Portrait Scholarships

David Quisenberry Photography is offering Senior Portrait Scholarships for three deserving seniors [one from MHS, one from MNHS and one from MBHS] graduating with the Class of 2009. Each scholarship will cover a Combination Portrait session and a portrait package valued at $750.

If you are an upcoming high school senior, it is time for senior portraits. Senior portraits are something that most high school seniors look forward to as an exciting event that kicks off their senior year. For most students it is just a matter of choosing a studio and making an appointment. I am aware that some students don’t have the opportunity to make that choice. There are a variety of reasons that can keep seniors from being able to have the portraits they are dreaming of. I know there are families who are experiencing financial setbacks or personal circumstances, and I would like to remove this obstacle for three seniors from the McKinney Class of 2009.

Applications are being accepted through July 12th. They can be downloaded from www.davidquisenberryphotography.com/scholarship.html. Please contact David Quisenberry at 214-577-2974 or via email david@davidquisenberryphotography.com if you have any questions or need more information.

Happy Mother's Day

I want to wish a happy Mother's Day to each mom and hope you had a wonderful day. Kristine's mom was in town visiting so we went to the studio and I created some portraits for them. Here are a few of my favorites.

Headed to the Academy

I had some issues with my blog site recently so I have not been able to upload pictures until now.
I had a real pleasure creating Sean's senior portraits. Sean will be headed to the Air Force academy immediately after he graduates. Sean was also the first lacrosse player I have had the opportunity to photograph. Here are a few of my favorites from Sean's senior portrait session.
